Services

Grade All Reports™ is a grading service designed specifically to evaluate the performance of General Contractors/Construction Managers (GC). It provides an extensive and detailed examination of every aspect of the GC's performance.

The Grade All Reports service includes the following:

  • Contact all subcontractors designated by the GC, to engage them in the Grade All Reports process.
  • Oversee the data gathering process.
  • Analyze data and prepare final report.
  • Review final report and results with GC to ensure that all pertinent information is gleaned from the final report.
  • Assist in developing and implementing solutions to problems identified in the report.*
  • Maintain all data and reports to enable the GC to perform further analysis.*

*These services require a separate agreement from the basic Grade All Reports service contract.
